The Information and Communication Technology Center (ICT) requests all academic staff and students at the University of Zakho to ensure that their university email accounts are properly activated and that their accounts on the Moodle system are fully operational.

This is intended to ensure the smooth and effective management of the online learning process, and to prevent any technical issues that may disrupt communication or continuity in lectures and academic activities.

Please, as soon as possible, make sure to:

• Ensure that your university email account is properly activated.
• Be able to log in to the Moodle system.
• Receive messages and notifications normally.

In case of any issues, please visit the ICT Center or contact technical support at the earliest convenience.
